Heritage Shores Plantation consists of two separate subdivisions, Heritage Shores North (39 lots) and Heritage Shores South (62 lots), Both located in Perquimans County, North Carolina. Each subdivision features waterfront properties that average just above an acre and interior lots ranging from 3-5 acres.

Heritage Shores Plantation North has a large 1+ Acre dock with 10 Boat slips deeded to individuals located in interior lots and maintained by them. See North web page for Boataminium Documents

South Dock

Heritage Shores Plantation South has a large 1+ Acre dock with 10 Boat slips, with 9 deeded to individuals in the boat-a-minium group and are maintained by them. There is a Kayak finger pier that is owned by the HOA, and the HOA has 1 boat slip in the boat-a-minium.

Both subdivisions have individual “Covenants” and “By-Laws” (north/south) on file at the Perquimans County Land Records office, and each has a Board of Directors and officers who manage the business and internal affairs.
