I have agreed to support Open Door Food Pantry in their annual fundraiser by being "arrested" on May 24th at 10:30 AM. I'll be arrested while having coffee at Brew 2 Rescue Cafe and be put in a cell in front of the Perquimans County Courthouse (across the street from the cafe). I need to raise at least $1,000 bail. I am asking you to participate in supporting our local food pantry by helping to post my bail. It is best to have pledges or donations in advance. I welcome folks to watch my humiliating experience of being publicly arrested and incarcerated.
