Budget
The Annual Dues are $400 and due April 1 of each year. Any change to the dues are voted on by the lot owners at the Annual Meeting.
Dues are used for:
Road Improvement & Maintenance - 7 roads*
Maintenance of Common Areas (Roadside Lawn-cutting, etc.)*
Audit and Tax Prep
Liability Insurance
Donations to Charity(s)
Various other Administrative and legal fees
Detailed and updated budget information is made available to all lot owners at board meetings. The budget is voted on at the annual meeting.
*approximately 90% of the total budget is used for these two items.
